Everything here is digital or an online service:

You get access as soon as payment is confirmed, or as soon as the pre-order product comes online. There is no box to send back. Sales are final.

If something is broken and you cannot open what you paid for, email info@choseneliteones.com. We will help you get in. That is access support, not a refund.
