1. Agreement

By using choseneliteones.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products and online services only. We do not sell or ship physical products.

• Porndemic™: The Final Villain, Elite Edition. This is the blueprint. Instant access in the private reader. When FreeSoulz is online, you can also open it in the application.
• FreeSoulz™. The app. It is a pre-order until it is online. One Year is a one-year subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
• Elite Mentorship™, Godfather Mentorship™, and ads work. These are paid online services.

3. Prices and currency

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, in the currency shown there. Shopify shows your local currency when it can, based on your country. The store's base currency is EUR so we can receive payouts in euros. That does not lock the price you see to euros.

4. Access

After payment is confirmed, the blueprint opens in your private reader on your phone, laptop, or tablet. No file. No package. When the app is online, you open it there too.

FreeSoulz access starts when the app is online, for the plan you bought.

5. License

What you buy is for your personal use only. You may not share, copy, resell, or publish the blueprint, the reader, or the app.

We may end access if you break this rule.

6. Refunds

Everything we sell now is digital or an online service. Sales are final. See the Refund Policy.

7. FreeSoulz subscription

FreeSoulz One Year is a one-year subscription paid at checkout. It does not automatically renew on this store. When the year ends, access ends unless you buy again or buy Lifetime. Lifetime is not a subscription. See the Subscription Policy.

8. Use of the store

You agree not to break the law, abuse anyone, attack the store, impersonate others, or resell our products.

9. Intellectual property

The store, the blueprint, the brand, and the content are owned by Chosen Elite Ones or licensed to us. Buying access is not buying the copyright.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chosen Elite Ones is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data. Our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order.

The store and products are provided as they are. We do not promise a specific result.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Florida. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, rights you cannot legally waive in your country still apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply when they are posted. Keep using the store after a change means you accept the new Terms.
